Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Kozmik Atlas web uygulamasını ("uygulama", "hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmetin Tanımı

Kozmik Atlas, kozmikatlas.com adresinde tarayıcıdan kullanılan, doğum haritası hesaplama ve astrolojik yorumlama sunan bir web uygulamasıdır. Uygulama; doğum haritası, günlük gökyüzü (transit), astrokartografi, sinastri, horary, ilerletilmiş teknikler ve benzeri astrolojik gözlem araçlarını içerir. İsterseniz ana ekrana eklenip uygulama gibi de kullanılabilir.

Hizmet, astrolojiyi bir bilgilendirme, eğitim ve kendini-tanıma aracı olarak sunar. Sunulan içerik sembolik ve eğitici niteliktedir.

2. Sorumluluk Reddi (Önemli)

• Uygulamadaki tüm astrolojik yorum, hesaplama ve içerikler bilgilendirme, eğitim ve kendini-tanıma amaçlıdır.
• Bu içerikler kehanet değildir; geleceğe dair kesin bir iddia taşımaz.
• Uygulama tıbbi, psikolojik, finansal, yatırım, hukuki veya profesyonel danışmanlık hizmeti vermez ve bu tür tavsiyelerin yerine geçmez.
• Sağlık, para, hukuk, kariyer ve ilişkiler dâhil olmak üzere hayatınızdaki önemli kararları yalnız uygulamadaki içeriğe dayanarak vermeyin; ilgili alanda yetkili bir uzmana danışın.
• Uygulamadaki içeriğe dayanarak aldığınız kararlardan ve bunların sonuçlarından yalnız siz sorumlusunuz.

3. Kullanım

• Hesap açılmaz. Uygulamayı e-posta ya da parola vermeden kullanırsınız; doğum bilgileriniz tarayıcınızda durur (ayrıntı: Gizlilik Politikası).
• Tarayıcı verinizi temizlerseniz ya da başka bir cihaza geçerseniz kayıtlı bilgileriniz orada olmaz; bu veriyi biz yedeklemeyiz. Bilgilerinizi yeniden girmeniz gerekir.
• Hizmeti yalnız yürürlükteki yasalara uygun ve hukuka aykırı olmayan amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
• Hizmeti tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmamayı, otomatik yollarla aşırı istek göndermeyi veya altyapısına zarar verecek şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

4. Ücret

• Web uygulaması ücretsizdir; abonelik ya da ödeme alınmaz ve sizden kart bilgisi istenmez.
• İleride ücretli bir özellik sunulursa bu önceden ve açıkça duyurulur; mevcut özellikleriniz sizin onayınız olmadan ücretli hâle getirilmez.
• Sitedeki Retrace tanıtımı ayrı bir uygulamaya aittir; o uygulamanın fiyatlandırması ve koşulları kendi mağaza sayfasında yer alır.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, metinleri, yorum içerikleri, marka adı ("Kozmik Atlas"), logosu ve Sağlayıcının yazdığı yazılım Sağlayıcıya aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları kapsamında korunur. Bu içerikleri Sağlayıcının yazılı izni olmadan kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.

Uygulama, kendi lisanslarıyla dağıtılan açık kaynak bileşenler içerir. Gök cismi konumları, MIT lisanslı astronomy-engine (Don Cross) kütüphanesinin C kaynağından derlenmesiyle hesaplanır. Bu bileşenlerin hakları kendi sahiplerinde kalır; lisans metinleri uygulamada ve bu alan adında yayımlanır.

Uygulama içinde yazdığınız notlar ve girdiğiniz kişisel veriler size aittir; bu içeriklere ilişkin haklarınızı saklı tutarsınız.

6. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama; Cloudflare (barındırma), Supabase (asteroit konumu için sunucu işlevi ve anonim kullanım ölçümü), NASA JPL Horizons (asteroit konumu) ve Open-Meteo (doğum yeri araması) gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımı kendi koşul ve politikalarına tabidir. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kesintisizliğinden veya hatalarından Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz; bu hizmetler çalışmadığında hesaplamaların çoğu tarayıcıda yerel olarak sürer.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

• Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Hesaplamaların kesintisiz, hatasız veya her durumda doğru olacağına dair açık ya da zımni bir garanti verilmez.
• Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Sağlayıcı; uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
• Astrolojik içeriğe dayanarak alınan kararlar tamamen kullanıcının kendi sorumluluğundadır (bkz. Bölüm 2).

8. Hizmetteki Değişiklikler ve Erişilebilirlik

Sağlayıcı; uygulamanın özelliklerini veya içeriğini zaman zaman güncelleyebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabilir. Bakım ya da teknik sorunlar nedeniyle hizmette geçici kesintiler yaşanabilir.

9. Fesih

• Kullanmayı istediğiniz an bırakabilir, Profil sayfasından Bu cihazdaki verilerimi sil ile verilerinizi silebilirsiniz.
• Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde Sağlayıcı, hizmete erişiminizi kısıtlama veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

10. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya kozmikatlas.com üzerinde duyurulur. Değişikliklerin yayımlanmasından sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır. Taraflar, doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda öncelikle iyi niyetle çözüm aramayı kabul eder.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmic Atlas web application ("the app", "the service"), published in Turkish as Kozmik Atlas. By using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

This English text is provided for your convenience. The Turkish text above is the governing version; where the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

1. Description of the Service

Cosmic Atlas, published in Turkish as Kozmik Atlas, is a web application used in the browser at kozmikatlas.com that provides birth chart calculation and astrological interpretation. It includes birth charts, the daily sky (transits), astrocartography, synastry, horary, progressed techniques and similar astrological observation tools. You can also add it to your home screen and use it like an app.

The service presents astrology as a tool for information, education and self-reflection. The content is symbolic and educational.

2. Disclaimer (Important)

• All astrological interpretation, computation and content in the app is for information, education and self-knowledge.
• This content is not divination and carries no definite claim about the future.
• The app does not provide medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal or professional advisory services and is not a substitute for such advice.
• Do not base important decisions in your life, including health, money, law, career and relationships, solely on the content in the app; consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
• You alone are responsible for the decisions you take based on the content in the app and for their consequences.

3. Use of the Service

• No accounts. You use the app without an email or password; your birth details stay in your browser (details: Privacy Policy).
• If you clear browser data or switch devices your saved details will not be there; we do not back this data up. You would need to enter your details again.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes in line with applicable law.
• You agree not to reverse engineer the service, send excessive automated requests, or use it in a way that harms its infrastructure.

4. Charges

• The web app is free; no subscription or payment is taken and no card details are requested.
• If a paid feature is offered in future it will be announced clearly in advance; your existing features will not be made paid without your consent.
• The Retrace promotion on the site belongs to a separate app; its pricing and terms are on its own store page.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, texts, interpretive content, brand names ("Kozmik Atlas", "Cosmic Atlas"), logo and the software written by the Provider belong to the Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without the Provider's written permission.

The app includes open-source components distributed under their own licences. Celestial positions are computed by astronomy-engine (Don Cross), compiled from its C source under the MIT licence. Rights in those components remain with their authors; their licence texts are published in the app and on this domain.

The notes you write and the personal data you enter inside the app belong to you; you retain your rights in that content.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services such as Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (a server function for asteroid positions and anonymous usage measurement), NASA JPL Horizons (asteroid positions) and Open-Meteo (birth place search). Their use is subject to their own terms and policies. The Provider cannot be held responsible for the availability or errors of third-party services; when they are down, most calculations continue locally in your browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that the computations will be uninterrupted, error free or correct in every case.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the app.
• Decisions taken on the basis of astrological content are entirely the user's own responsibility (see Section 2).

8. Changes to the Service and Availability

The Provider may update, add or remove features or content of the app from time to time. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical problems.

9. Termination

• You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your data with Delete my data on this device on the Profile page.
• If you breach these Terms, the Provider reserves the right to restrict or end your access to the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced inside the app or on kozmikatlas.com. Continuing to use the app after the changes are published means that you accept the current Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The parties agree to seek a good faith resolution first for any dispute that may arise.
