Bu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") m.10 kapsamında, kozmikatlas.com üzerindeki Kozmik Atlas web uygulamasını kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklamak için hazırlanmıştır. Genel gizlilik uygulamaları için Gizlilik Politikası sayfasına da bakabilirsiniz.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Web uygulamasında hesap açılmaz. Doğum bilgileriniz (tarih, saat, yer), eklediğiniz kişiler ve günlük notlarınız yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur; bize iletilmez, tarafımızca işlenmez. Bizim tarafımızda ya da hizmet sağlayıcılarımızda işlenen veriler şunlardır:

• Doğum yeri aramasında yazdığınız şehir adı: sonuç listesi için Open-Meteo geocoding servisine gider. Adınız, doğum tarihiniz ve saatiniz gönderilmez; ancak yazdığınız metin çoğu zaman doğum şehrinizdir.
• Asteroit konumu sorgusu: asteroit kodları ve dakika hassasiyetinde bir tarih-saat (doğum anınız olabilir), bize ait Supabase Edge Function üzerinden NASA JPL Horizons'a iletilir. Adınız, e-postanız ve doğum yeriniz gönderilmez.
• Anonim kullanım ölçümü: hangi sayfaların açıldığı ve hesaplamaların ne kadar sürdüğü gibi olaylar; kimliğiniz ve doğum bilginiz olmadan kendi Supabase kurulumumuza yazılır.
• Teknik erişim kayıtları: siteye erişimde IP adresi gibi kayıtlar; barındırma sağlayıcısı Cloudflare ile Supabase tarafından tutulabilir.
• Yaklaşık konum: "şu an" hesapları için tarayıcınızın saat diliminden yaklaşık olarak çıkarılır; hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

İşlemediğimiz veriler: e-posta adresi, parola, ödeme bilgisi, reklam tanımlayıcıları, rehber, kamera ve mikrofon erişimi toplanmaz; verileriniz satılmaz; reklam ve takip çerezi kullanılmaz; sitede reklam yoktur.

3. İşleme Amaçları

• Doğum haritanızın ve kişiselleştirilmiş astrolojik yorumların tarayıcınızda hesaplanması (bu hesapta verileriniz bize gelmez).
• Doğum yeri araması ve asteroit konumu gibi ağ gerektiren işlevlerin sunulması.
• Sitenin kararlılığının sağlanması ve hataların giderilmesi.
• Ürünü iyileştirmek için anonim kullanım ölçümü.

4. İşlemenin Hukuki Sebepleri (KVKK m.5)

• Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası (m.5/2-c): yer araması ve asteroit konumu gibi, talep ettiğiniz işlevin sunulması.
• Meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f): site kararlılığı, hata giderme ve anonim ürün iyileştirme ölçümü. Ölçümü Profil sayfasındaki Ayarlar bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi

Veriler elektronik ortamda, siteyi kullanırken yazdığınız bilgiler ve tarayıcınızın otomatik olarak ilettiği teknik bilgiler yoluyla işlenir. Doğum haritası hesapları tarayıcınızda yerel yapılır.

6. Yurt Dışına Aktarım (KVKK m.9)

Aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; ilgili veriler KVKK m.9'a uygun olarak (açık rızanız ya da kanunun izin verdiği hâllerde) yurt dışına aktarılabilir:

Gönderilen veriler ilgili sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası madde 3 ve 4.

7. Saklama Süresi

Tarayıcınızda tutulan veriler siz silene ya da tarayıcı verisini temizleyene kadar orada kalır; Profil sayfasındaki Bu cihazdaki verilerimi sil ile silebilirsiniz. Anonim ölçüm verisini yalnızca ürünü iyileştirmek için gereken süre saklarız; ölçümü kapattığınızda yeni olay toplanmaz. Teknik erişim kayıtları ilgili sağlayıcının politikasına göre tutulur.

Eski mobil sürüm kayıtları: daha önce test edilen mobil sürümde hesap açtıysanız bu kayıtlar (e-posta, bulut yedeği) Supabase'te durmaya devam eder; web sürümü bunları kullanmaz. Silinmesi için [email protected] adresine hesabınızdaki e-postayla yazmanız yeterlidir; talep en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir. Ayrıntı: Veri Silme.

8. İlgili Kişi Olarak Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

KVKK m.11 kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
• İşleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
• Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
• Eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme (tarayıcınızdaki bilgileri Profil sayfasından kendiniz düzeltebilirsiniz).
• KVKK'da öngörülen şartlarla silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme.
• İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analizi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme.
• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

9. Rıza Yönetimi ve Başvuru

Anonim ölçüm: başlangıçta açıktır; Profil sayfasındaki Ayarlar bölümünden istediğiniz an kapatabilirsiniz. Tarayıcı verisi: Profil sayfasından ya da tarayıcı ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.

Haklarınızı kullanmak veya sorularınız için [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talepleriniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

10. Astroloji Hakkında Not

Kozmik Atlas, astrolojiyi bir bilgilendirme, eğitim ve kendini-tanıma aracı olarak sunar. Yorumlar sembolik niteliktedir; kehanet değildir ve tıbbi, psikolojik, finansal veya hukuki tavsiye yerine geçmez.

2. Personal Data Processed

The web app has no accounts. Your birth details (date, time, place), the people you add and your journal notes are kept only in your browser's local storage; they are not sent to us and not processed by us. The data processed on our side or by our service providers is:

• The city name you type in birth place search: sent to the Open-Meteo geocoding service to build a result list. Your name, birth date and time are not sent, though the text you type is often your birth city.
• Asteroid position queries: asteroid codes and a date-time to the minute (this can be your moment of birth) are relayed through our Supabase Edge Function to NASA JPL Horizons. Your name, email and birth place are not sent.
• Anonymous usage measurement: events such as which pages open and how long calculations take, written to our own Supabase setup without your identity or birth details.
• Technical access records: records such as your IP address when you access the site, which may be kept by the hosting provider Cloudflare and by Supabase.
• Approximate location: for "right now" calculations it is estimated roughly from your browser's time zone and is not sent anywhere.

Data we do not process: no email address, password, payment details, advertising identifiers, contacts, camera or microphone access; your data is not sold; no advertising or tracking cookies are used; the site has no ads.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Calculating your birth chart and personalised astrological readings in your browser (your data does not reach us for this).
• Providing network-dependent features such as place search and asteroid positions.
• Keeping the site stable and fixing errors.
• Anonymous usage measurement to improve the product.

4. Legal Bases (KVKK Art. 5)

• Establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): providing a feature you request, such as place search and asteroid positions.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): site stability, error fixing and anonymous product-improvement measurement. You can turn measurement off under Settings on the Profile page.

5. Method of Collection

Data is processed electronically, through what you type while using the site and the technical information your browser sends automatically. Birth chart calculations run locally in your browser.

6. Transfers Abroad (KVKK Art. 9)

The servers of the providers below may be located abroad; the related data may be transferred abroad in line with KVKK Art. 9 (with your explicit consent or in cases the law permits):

Data sent is subject to each provider's own privacy policy. See Privacy Policy sections 3 and 4.

7. Retention

Data held in your browser stays there until you delete it or clear browser data; you can delete it with Delete my data on this device on the Profile page. We keep anonymous measurement data only as long as needed to improve the product; when you turn measurement off no new events are collected. Technical access records are kept according to the relevant provider's policy.

Records from the earlier mobile version: if you created an account in the mobile version tested earlier, those records (email, cloud backup) remain in Supabase; the web version does not use them. To have them deleted, email [email protected] from the address on the account; the request is processed within 30 days. Details: Data Deletion.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• know the third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad;
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate (you can correct details in your browser yourself on the Profile page);
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by KVKK;
• object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

9. Consent Management and Applications

Anonymous measurement: on by default; turn it off any time under Settings on the Profile page. Browser data: delete it from the Profile page or your browser settings.

To exercise your rights or ask questions, write to [email protected]. Requests are concluded within 30 days.

10. A Note on Astrology

Cosmic Atlas presents astrology as a tool for information, education and self-reflection. Readings are symbolic; they are not predictions and do not replace medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
